Date: Subject: Description: Sometime 1998 Birth of The Legendary Clan D.U.G.G.A.N! Birth of the DUGGAN clan!  Small group, great motto!   Quiet, very recluse, no outsiders allowed in.  Very tight group!   Inspired by Jim_Duggan. Apr-1999 First Outside Duggan Recruited! After much hard work, and persistence, Fred_Duggan agrees to play Mike_Duggan, and invite him to join the clan ;)  Boy does this piss off the others! May-99 to Oct-99 Clan Reputation and death of T.E.N. Total annihilation had its roots on a gaming service called T.E.N.  The Total Entertainment Network.  TEN was a great place to play TA.   It had a fantastic ranking system!  The Duggan clan during its infancy had two very strong players on TEN,   Moon_Duggan, and Mike_Duggan.  The first Duggan to hit 2000 points on TEN was Moon_Duggan.  Moonie was a great player.   The second player to hit 2000 points on TEN was Mike_Duggan.  With these two power houses in the Clan, the clan started to develop a reputation of all 2000 strength players!  Wow!  At one point, to be considered for joining Duggan, you had to have at least a 2000 strength account on TEN, other wise you were not even considered.   Shortly before October, TEN went out of business.  Some of us went to The Zone, and others went to Boneyards.  There was a gap here in the clan for a while, but an upcoming CBL match would reunite some members of the clan on The Zone. 12-Oct-99 Birth of the Duggan Clan Home Web Site! Birth of the Official Duggan Clan Web Site!  Yup!   Site creation was motivated by an upcoming CBL tournament hosted on the Zone, and to try to re-unite some surviving TEN members to keep them active in the TA community due to the death of T.E.N. 22-Oct-99 First CBL Tournament! First CBL tournament.  A group of Non-Duggans were recruited for the CBL tournament.  Supposedly, some of the new recruits were caught cheating, and the clan banned from all future CBL tournaments? Mike_Duggan did show up for the CBL match's, but was insulted, and mocked, and turned away.  He was even called a fake!  lol  oh baby!  watch this! 3-Dec-99 Death of the Duggan Clan and Site? With the exception of one last posting, the clan after a CBL lose, is left to die...  Mike_Duggan in the mean time, continued to log on, and support the clan. 12-Feb-00 Final Posting From December 99 until mid February, no postings were made.   Most clan members have vanished, and left.  There was one last posting on the Original Site.  From here on out, the Site and Clan just was left to die.   Again, Mike_Duggan would periodically check the site, and log on, but Duggan was a dying race.  At times Mike_Duggan was indeed the only Duggan logged on and the only Duggan left!  argh!!! 6-Mar-00 Resurrection! After almost six months of nothing, the Clan, and the Site is taken under control by a lone surviving Duggan, Mike_Duggan!  At this point, there is nobody logging under the Clan name, and the site was left to die.  Mike_Duggan assumes control of the Clan and the Site!  The intent is to revive the clan, and bring back the original clan members who made the clan what it was! 10-May-00 Duggans Enter CBL 5 Our first Tournament since Mike_Duggan took over! 14-May-00 Duggans Screwed by CBL 5 CBL 5 officials were bias, and caught!  They were totally unreasonable, so were roared and roared loud!!! 19-May-00 Duggans Vindicated, but lose CBL 5 CBL 5 realizes their mistakes, and does a complete turn around, and sides with us.  The clan goes on to finish the tournament, and we lose to the Dark clan. 20-Jun-00 Duggans move over to Boneyards Since the demise of T.E.N. we have decided to take the clan over to Boneyards for rank and growth, and advertisement!  lol    Bil_Duggan deny being a Duggan First Original Member to get the boot!  lol  Go Bil!  What an ass! 2-Jul-00 First Female Duggan Joins!!! Demonist_Duggan climbs on board :)  Our very first Female Duggan!  Wow!  and what a babe!  Hooooooooooooooo! 4-Aug-00 Alliance with 222 clan formed! Our very first clan alliance with the good ole boys from 222!  Mav is such a fantastic fucking guy!  We love you Mav!!!   Boneyards goes down forever! Boneyards is officially taken down!  Argh!  We just started getting into boneyards hot and heavy when they pulled the plug!  Yuck! 30-Aug-00 Jim_Duggan makes his Return!!! Jim_Duggan our founding father makes his come back!   Wow, he is so impressed with the success and growth of the clan that he innocently asks if there's room for him?  Duh!  We luv ya Jim! 01-Sep-00 Duggan Ladder makes it debut The official Clan ladder takes off!  The ladder goes on to be so popular, that fights break out over rules, and who won, ect... lol  wow! 17-Sep-00 First Fake Duggan Shows up! The clan's popularity has grown so fast and quickly, that the social climbers are pissed at the fact that they are not invited to join the clan, so what do they do?  lol, they make their clan names anyway!  I shouldn't laugh though, as when I asked to join and was refused, I went on to make my clan name anyway despite the objections of the original group.  They later decided to just take me in since I was so persistent!  hahahaha! 7-Oct-00 First major issue involving Smurfing! A lot of the people who were joining during this time were just really only joining because the amount of Duggans on the Zone was staggering!  I mean, we could fill two complete rooms of eight and there were still more Duggans out there!  lol  We later came to find out that a lot of these quick joiners were really playing under other clan names and were basically smurfing!  Soooo, we put our foot down, and published some rules to clean it up a bit.  We also gave the boot to about four Duggans!  lol 9-Oct-00 First Official Duggan Clan Tournament Held! Due to the size of the clan, and its popularity, we decided to hold an internal tournament.  We got a good showing and just about finished the tourney when a CBL 6 match showed up.  Soooo, we all ran over there :) 12-Oct-00 Official One Year Anniversary for Site! Officially, technically, This Site has been in operation for one year as of this date!  The site did kinda die, and was left as such, but very soon after, I took over the site, moved it to where it currently is at, and grew it into what it is today :)  Happy One year anniversary !!! 18-Oct-00 Bil_Duggan Back??? Bil_Duggan decides that being a Duggan is far better now since the clan is rocking, the site is getting extremely popular, and dozens of Duggans are now running around everywhere!  :)  We open our arms, and take him back in like a true Duggan :) 24-Oct-00 Duggans Entered in to CBL 6 I get no word of the impending CBL 6, and when I do find out what's going on, I find out that Hype_Duggan is running it.  This also explains why we were never notified!  So, we ask and then later demand that this clan be entered for many reason, and finally Nerve gives in.  Here we come CBL 6! 27-Oct-00 Duggan Site goes down for IP's  lol The site goes down for about 11 days?  We had to procure some static IP's in order to still function.  This caused major problems for us, but in our absence the Clan members kept us alive and kicking!   Hooooooooooooooooo!   Flare_Duggan Gets busted Smurfing! Also on this date we find out that one of our top Duggan's was smurfing, and we busted him!  What a bitch, he was a great guy... were still confused?  Flare got the boot!  ;( 6-Nov-00 Duggans take first round of CBL 6 Well, despite our lost to a very strong Duggan TA player, we moved forward with the CBL matches!  We took on our first match's against Clan Duke, and we took them pretty much every game with the exception of one.  We moved on!  Very nice first round! 13-Nov-00 Duggans lose Round two to TAG :( For round two, we sent our round two players who got spanked!  lol  TAG is the defending CBL champions!  Nice showing on our behalf! 24-Nov-00 Baker350 Joins Duggan A legendary TEN player joins up with us!  A very nice addition to the clan and so worthy!   First two Terragen Maps come on the Scene! A very new type of TA map appears on the scene.  A computer rendered TA map!  Wow!  Must see! 4-Dec-00 Jim_Duggan does a Interview with us! With the success of the clan still growing, our mighty Jim pokes his head around again, and this time were able to get him to do an interview!   Jim has always loved this clan, and really has always been a part of it! 8-Dec-00 Duggan screwed by CBL 6 Hype_Duggan AKA Nerve, decides to throw a temper tantrum for no good reason other then our prestige outshining himself, and boots the entire clan from CBL 6?  hahhaha, ok, now your fucked Nerve! 10-Dec-00 Duggan Official quits CBL 6 We officially quit CBL 6 in protest of the entire fucking mess caused by Nerve and N_Vaxxon.  OMG, you really should go and read all the shit to really appreciate this one!  lol  wow!  TADRS will always be fucked due to not getting off on the right foot and N_Vaxxons lack of balls to step forward and do what was right!  lol  Joke city! 13-Dec-00 Two Clans step forward on behalf of Duggan :) The Duggans draw all sorts of support from other clans and major TA community players which further destroys Nerve and TADRS!  lol 18-Dec-00 Nerve News Network debuts This was such a fucking blast, and nerve was such a fucking idiot, that we decided to give him his very own site!  Yup!  Welcome aboard the Nerve News Network!  Just reading the shit will make you pee your pants!  lol   wow! 27-Dec-00 Live Audio/Video feed goes online! We add another live camera to our collection.  Camera two also streams and also streams with Audio!  What a fun camera!  We laugh every time we start to watch it!  It has a 10 second delay which add's to the excitement! 28-Jan-01 Bil_Duggan gets an Official Boot from the Clan! Well, Bil_Duggan was caught again smurfing.  This round he just flat out admitted it.  He said he had no intentions of coming back to Duggan, and that his own clan, Wrath_wicked, etc is where he was staying...  Too bad... we tried many times to bring him online...  Soooo, he gets the boot, and its official, and he's now gone from Duggan forever. 4-Feb-01 Clan under Attack from originals News spreads quickly that Bil got the boot, and he rallies up all his original DUGGAN buddies.  They all ban together and form Duggan2k1  I guess this is being done to take the clan back?  lol  ok....  whatever...   hahhaha... 7-Feb-01 222 clan sides with Duggan!  :) News spread even more, and other clans and web sites pick up on it.  The attempt to over throw and undermine the clan fails horribly when it hits the 222_clans ears!  Where Mav totally sides with Duggan, and the 2k1 boys basically can go to hell!  lol  Awesome!  We love Mav :) 25-Feb-01 New Duggan Theme Song Arrives! The clan creates its very own theme song!  Wow, very professionally done! 2-Mar-01 WWW.DUGGANHOME.COM goes live! The clan becomes a Dot com!  lol  were now reachable from anywhere!    Clan Leadership changes hands The leadership of the clan is given two our top two Duggans.  Our current leader was not really much of a leader, and the clan needed to be put into hands that were active and very loyal :) 21-Mar-01 Clan Leadership back to Mike_Duggan :) Well, the change didn't last very long.  The leadership throw the towel in.  They decided that due to some top players leaving the clan that they should leave also.  The clan was put back into the hands of Mike_Duggan :) 26-Mar-01 Original's throw in the towel Wow, less then two months, and the originals throw the towel in!  What an ass they made of themselves!  Can you imagine?  This is fantastic news to us!  We endured their siege, and we survived!  Jim_Duggan makes its official!  Jim throws in the towel. 28-Mar-01 Jim_Duggan returns!!! Ha!  Two days later, Jim realizes that he really always belonged here with us, so, he asks to talk to me, and confuses that this is really where he needs to be.  He ask for his clan back.  We always loved Jim, and as such, it really was his creations, after all he really is the founding father, so, I turned the clan back over to him.  How sweet huh?  lol  Go Jim!   Welcome back dude!  Hoooooooooooooooooooo! To Date: Alive! From 6-Mar-00 to Date, the clan is doing great!  The clan has been through tons of changes, good times and bad times, but still endures and survives!  There is way too much to post regarding history and moments, but all the postings and history are archived and can be view at any time.  :)   Hooooooooooooo!
